What to expect right after I pay for this program?
Immediately:
Once you pay for your challenge, you will receive an email to set up your account. Once you sign into your account, a fitness program will be available for you to start with right away. You will be added to a group of other people tackling the same habits as you. You will have full access to our nutrition tracking within our app. You will receive an automated message from one of our coaches, and you will be able to contact your coach through this message portal.
In 8 Hours:
Your fitness program will be updated to match your personal needs, your nutrition program will be uploaded based on your profile, you will be introduced to the other participants, and your coach will reach out personally to you to answer any of your questions after completing an epic dance solo with the rest of the OEC team in celebration of you signing up.
Within 24 Hours:
Booked your first virtual training session or movement screen.
Within 48 Hours:
Received your resistance bands for your future exercise needs during your travels.
What does the 6-week fitness challenge include?
This program provides exercise coaching, nutrition coaching, sleep coaching, and personal accountability. Everything you need to make this time a success.
This fitness challenge includes a personalized fitness program, personalized nutrition program, group coaching calls, and group accountability, all delivered by our app, which can be accessed by any computer or smart device. Resistance bands are also provided regardless if your program needs them or not as we want to make sure we have you covered no matter what traveling or life throws at you!

How much does the 6-week fitness challenge cost?
The challenge itself costs $599 USD + Tax. Virtual personal training sessions cost $99 USD + Tax and are sold as an add-on for those interested in further instruction.
What results can I expect to achieve in the 6 weeks?
Typically, we see a weight loss of 15lbs in the 6 weeks. With the knowledge and habits developed in this program clients continue to lose weight after the challenge is complete.
Is the program suitable for my fitness level?
The program delivered is suitable for any fitness level as long as no injuries are present. If you do have injuries we ask you to consult with a professional before attempting any exercise.
How does the virtual coaching and support work?
All virtual coaching and support is delivered through our app.
